What is BioCare ®?

BioCare ® BIO is basically biological and Care for care, biological care.

Why BioCare ® is born?

We now know that there are many formulations on the market that are made from raw material of synthetic derivatives such as: oil, waxes, mineral oil and others are not recommended for skin care. [ St. Patrick's Day 2011 Parade : A Spectator View : SERIES : LOOK INSIDE ] Dublin, Republic of Ireland
by UggBoy♥UggGirl [ PHOTO // WORLD // TRAVEL ] under CC-SA In the moment you thought of obtaining a care line, it was thought in a line of vegetable oils, natural oils, to provide really wetting to the skin; then also works with essential fatty acids that are lipids that will give emollient and skin elasticity.

What is the history of the company?

Since I was a child, I am talking about age 7, I accompanied my mother – God rest his soul – to buy the newspaper for my dad, and I paid special attention to all the journals that appeared natural products , as they say, “Mix yogurt with some lemon drops” and so on. Since then this was already a concern for me. When I was about 14 years my parents received a visit from Spain and the lady brought a makeup with vitamin A. I said, “if there is already what I’m looking for, be nice and also to provide a biological skin care.”

Later, I join the race of Pharmaceutical Chemistry Biologist, building on the weekends to study the technical career esthetician and cosmetologist and see all the needs of a beautician in a cabin, and when I have finished the career path and a trainee professionals in research and development laboratories in Mexico City, at international conferences of raw material in Miami and Europe, and eventually all this knowledge conjugo for BioCare ® born in 1994 as my trademark.

Why did you decide to be an entrepreneur?

Because he believed in what he was doing, and thought it was pretty good from the start and wanted to give the best of me wanted to make a super cream that I was going to put me and that was going to give other women who want stay well.

The first employee was me, I’m working hard to BioCare ®, is my passion, a passion for the job. The time to market I appreciate the team we have formed, all created by me but everything is kept by the team today and we have 4 branches settle satisfactorily: in Mexico City, Mexico State Metepec, Cancun and Acapulco Guerrero.

What is the biggest problem you have faced as an entrepreneur?

I go back to when I started creating my first creams, and I was saying is that [my products] have no mineral oils, no synthetic derivatives, are essential fatty acids are biological derivatives, is coenzyme Q10, is this and the other are very good, and one day my Dad said, “you can have the best cream in the world but if you do not know the market is going to stay there … in the closet.”  Renegade Recession Made Millionaire Bonus

So then I did not pay attention to what really was telling me my Dad. It was so important to create but more important to publicize it and that was my weak point.

How you solved it?

Adversity sharpens talent. I went to department stores own Acapulco Guerrero and made the presentation to the store owner and I think it caused him great concern to see a girl – because I’m actually talking about for over 14 years – with its cremitas on its desktop and explaining what it did to each of them.

Then as a good employer told me I needed to have [on floor] a person dedicated to explaining the function of my products and finally my first client was strong. In fact BioCare ® was born with me as an individual and later became legal entity in 1998, four years later on the market and thus [learned] on the fly because there is a guide that tells you “You must do this” or ” Step number two is that “everything is born and everything is coming out with the faith you have about your product.

In your opinion, what qualities should an employer to succeed?

I think the main thing is to have a lot of courage to face all the different circumstances that present themselves along the way, much evidence for this is the day to day, hour after hour, conviction, strong belief because you must be really convinced that what you are doing is for the good of others and yours the same course, and commitment, because you have a strong commitment to everyone who believes in you, both clients and employees, and at the end of the day recharge your batteries because tomorrow will be a different day and do not know what we face.

The talent, creativity is what I believe we must not stop, we should let that passion tipping us and take us further and further. Since then progress you get to know all that is tax everything that is profitable and that both can go around your business grow because ultimately it is a living, but if you do it without passion, without drive, is what that makes you (feel me) lose faith and conviction of what you are doing and thunder.

Each problem makes you grow, and I think young people should not lose faith in themselves and that unity is strength. We must support each individual to a team we just move forward with all these projects and those dreams.
